From the Edison filaments that cast romantic light on our tables to the finishes found throughout our dining room, we’ve paired a modern aesthetic to the traditional enoteca. We’ve created an environment for you to enjoy exclusive Italian wines at your leisure, while sampling our menus daily creations. You know you’re somewhere special.

Savory and fresh you’ll find authentic and inspired dishes form Italy paired with seasonal ingredients sourced from local vendors whenever possible. The restaurant boasts dinner theater in the form of exhibition pizza viewed from our intimate dining room or our linear leathered marbled bar. The difference is in dining and a culinary experience.

Pizza Napoletana

Our dough is made with the finest “00” wheat flour imported from Naples and fermented naturally with an ancient slow rising sourdough recipe. It is baked for 60 seconds at 900 degrees in our traditional hand molded tuff stone Neapolitan pizza oven built

on site by a 3rd generation artisan from Naples. The long fermentation and quick bake time seal the dough’s natural aroma and moisture resulting in a savory blistered crust that is both soft and easily digestible. Below is a sample of our creations

Frutta Di Mare – San Marzano tomatoes, white wine marinated clams, mussels, with grilled shrimp, garlic, parsley and chilies

Matteo – Mascarpone cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano,roasted garlic, prosciutto di Parma, organic baby arugula, lemon infused extra virgin olive oil, house chili flakes

Sorrentina – Bufala mozzarella, heirloom cherry tomato, roasted garlic, prosciutto di Parma, organic arugula, sea salt, oregano, extra virgin olive oil

Wine

We’ve built relationships with many top importers to bring our guests a bold selection of exclusive wines from various regions in Italy. You can find a balanced inventory from known producers, to hidden corners of the country that would rarely otherwise make it into Canada. We’re continually adding new wine selections.

Our list includes outstanding award-winning Italian wines from top producers, to limited production estate-bottled wines that would rarely otherwise make it into Canada. Turin, La Venaria Reale, Alba, Barolo, Barbaresco and Langhe are well represented on our custom designed wine racks. A small section of our wine list below.

Salume & Formaggi

A variety of charcutery from the old and new world. You’ll find Pio Tosini, Prosciutto di Parma, Prosciutto of Ontario, Wild boar, and Iberico

Antipasti

Beef Carpacio and Caesar Salad with truffled pecorino - Char-grilled Octopus - Ontario Beet Salad with goat cheese & organic greens

Primi

Sweet potato ravioli with wild boar pancetta, kale and caramelized ricotta, Spaghetti Vongole, Adriatic clams, white wine and Sicilian Olive Oil

Secondi

Zuppa Di Mare, shrimp, Tuna, halibut, mussels, clams in a white wine, tomato brodo. Osso Bucco braised in a Chianti red wine sauce.

Pizza

Mascarpone cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, roasted garlic, prosciutto di Parma, organic baby arugula, lemon infused extra virgin olive oil, house chili flakes

Contorni

Grilled zucchini, Braised Spicy Rapini, Sauteed organic Tuscan kale, grapes, pine nuts, Roasted Ontario brussel sprouts, Roasted Ontario new potatoes

Dolce

Dark chocolate espresso pate, Belgian, dark Chocolate, espresso, Tiramisu Mascarpone, espresso, marsala, lady finger cookie, Lemon Almond Cake With fresh seasonal local fruit compote, fresh whipped cream and fresh mint

RESERVATIONS - 7 Enoteca is a casual restaurant that has limited seating; therefore, we cannot accept reservations. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. If there is a wait when you arrive, we will be happy to take down your name and number and call you when your table is ready. There are many cafés and galleries in the area to enjoy while you wait for your table.
